Remember the famous Chapter 32 from the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost? Well, I can say that Chapter 29 in Twice Tempted by Jeaniene Frost might just tie with it. Let's just say that Vlad can be sexy as hell when he is angry. Or tender when being romantic. Or devoted when admitting his feelings.
